At present, Aluminum alloy is the most widely used alloy in rapid prototype. It has the advantages of easy processing and forming, good rigidity and rich anodize coloring.

  • The main alloying elements of 6061 aluminum alloy are magnesium and silicon, and form Mg2Si phase.
