What Type Packaging Do You Use for Customer's Products?

For small and slight products, we will use standard export carton with foam packaging. For big and weight products, we will cover soft plastic foam and then use thin films enwind it,and then we will package them by the wooden box. Sure we will also package and transport according to customer requirements.

How Quickly Can I Get My Parts ?

Quality parts can be made in 3-5days if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take 7-15days. It is up to the Qty. As for shipping, we have the Good discount via DHL, UPS. Fedex. which can take 2-3 days from China to Europe or North America.

What Should I Do if Received Defective Parts?

If you received defective parts, or incorrect parts, please send products photos to us, we will feedback to our engineer teams and QC departments to solve the problem within 24 hours. Regardless of whether the product is damaged during transportation or due to production errors, we will re-produce for the customer and send it to the customer as soon as possible.

Will the Data Sent to You Be Confidential?

Yes, of course. The confidentiality of customers’ data is our top priority. All data will be automatically deleted from our system a week after the completion of the order.

What's the Payment Terms?

50% as payment deposit, when the goods is prepared, we will take photos or videos for your checking, and then you can pay the balance.
